Ursa Major was designed as a reading lounge chair. Reminiscent of gazing at constellations in our milky way galaxy, the lines of the arms, a bright glowing Polaris, and the color palette of a nights backdrop. 
 
I was inspired by the idea that: 
When we are lost,
Both a good story & the "Big Dipper" (Ursa Major) always point us North.
They bring us our bearing.
